Websink Tutoring provides one-to-one online lessons by video with tutors based in Pakistan. Lessons are one hour long unless agreed otherwise, at a fixed weekly time agreed with the family.
Every new student gets one free introductory lesson. There is no obligation to continue and no card details are needed for it.
Plans are monthly and priced per child in BHD. After the free lesson we agree the plan and send payment details. Payment is due at the start of each monthly period.
You can cancel at any time by message or email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and you will not be charged again. There is no cancellation fee.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to move a lesson. Lessons missed without notice cannot be made up. If a tutor cannot take a lesson, we reschedule it or credit it to the next month.
Lesson times are agreed in your local time and confirmed in writing. If daylight saving changes the time difference, we keep your local lesson time the same where we can, or agree a new time with you.
A parent or guardian should be at home during lessons for younger children. Tutors and students must behave respectfully. We may end the service if this is not the case.
We work hard for every student, but we cannot guarantee exam grades or test results, which depend on many things outside our control.
